Full Resolution Renders and The Aboriginal Past Theme

The Aboriginal Past
I had decided to use the Aboriginal Past as the theme for my designs. The marker located on the embankment beside the M7 motorway represents a modern outlook to the Aboriginal Rock Art concept wherein an aboriginal texture is used on a curvaceous stone form. The fluid form of the rock emphasises a modern perspective of Aboriginal Rock Art. Furthermore the marker located at the Eastern Road over past is dominated by three rectilinear arches each respectively representing the three clans of the Blacktown area: Gomerigal (South Creek), Wawarawarry (Eastern Creek), and Warmuli (Prospect).

Marker Shadows

With light and shadows being  key elements of EXP 2, I experimented with lighting at different times of the day to see the shadows that my marker would cast. I focused on the marker sitting on the overpass of Eastern Road, utilising its jagged glass facade to create varying types of shadows.
